Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website chinofencebuilder.com and any services provided by CH Chino Fence Builder("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
By accessing this website or requesting a service estimate, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements. These Terms apply each time you visit the website or use our services.
CH Chino Fence Builder provides residential and commercial fence installation, fence repair, fence replacement, gate installation, and related services in Chino, CA and the surrounding Inland Empire region. The specific scope of work for each project is outlined in a written estimate or proposal provided to you before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Our ability to complete a project may be affected by permit timelines, weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control.
Written estimates reflect the scope of work described at the time of the estimate visit. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Changes to the scope of work - including additions, removals, or modifications - may require a revised estimate.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party cost information or pricing ranges published on our website. Those figures are provided for general reference only. Your actual project cost will be stated in a written estimate before any work begins.
Permit fees, if required by the City of Chino or another applicable jurisdiction, may be separate from the project estimate unless explicitly included in writing.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate schedule changes.
If you cancel a project after materials have been ordered or permits have been applied for, you may be responsible for costs already incurred by CH Chino Fence Builder on your behalf. These costs will be documented and communicated to you clearly before any charge is applied.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, crew illness, permit delays, or other circumstances. We will contact you as soon as possible if a reschedule is necessary.
Payment terms are outlined in your written estimate or contract. A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins. The remaining balance is typically due upon completion of the project unless a different schedule is agreed upon in writing.
Late payments may result in project delays. Accounts that remain unpaid past the agreed due date may be subject to collection proceedings. CH Chino Fence Builder reserves the right to place a mechanics lien on the property as permitted under California law in the event of non-payment.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on labor will be stated in your project contract. Material warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our labor warranty.
We do not warrant that fences or gates will perform without issue under conditions beyond normal residential use, including but not limited to severe weather events, vehicle impact, vandalism, or improper modification by the homeowner after installation.
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CH Chino Fence Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project.
If a dispute arises between you and CH Chino Fence Builder, we ask that you contact us first to give us the opportunity to resolve it directly. Most issues can be addressed quickly through open communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be filed in the appropriate court in San Bernardino County, California.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
